Home Learners of the Week!

Good Morning Year 3!

We would like to say a big WELL DONE to all our home learners this week. We have seen some brilliant examples of work and creativity and it has been very difficult to choose just one example from each class! Keep up the good work; it could be you next week!

This week’s Home Learner Awards go to….

Drum roll please……

Class 7: Eric

Eric has been chosen this week because he has been absolutely incredible! Not only has he completed multiple pieces of work to a very high standard, he has produced his own weekly timetable! Which includes PE, maths, English, art and ICT. He also completes an arithmetic test and times table tests each week too! WOW! Well done Eric!

Class 8: Oliver

Oliver has worked extremely hard completing his home learning tasks and has shown real commitment to this. It has been lovely to hear how he has been keeping active with GoNoodle, making sure he improves his scores with regular practice on TTRS, completing GPS tasks and making a determined effort to improve his handwriting. He is taking time to check his work and make improvements. Keep up all your hard work Oliver. You should be really proud of yourself.

Class 9: Evie W

Evie has been chosen this week for not only completing lots of work to a very high standard at home, but for being a ‘Community Hero’. Evie has shown her neighbours such kindness and care, whilst many of them are unable to leave their homes. Evie has written letters to her elderly neighbours to check that they are well and baked Easter treats and delivered them, safely, to cheer her neighbours up. She has even had a visit from the police thanking her for her kind gestures! What a lovely act of kindness you have shown, Evie! Well done!
Miss Chalk 🙂

Once again, well done to all our Year 3 Home Learners. We are very proud of all your achievements and efforts!

Just a reminder, we will be using Class Dojo from Monday. All of the resources, messages and Home Learners will be shared on your class account. For the next few weeks, we will still upload the weekly plans on here and the resources onto the portal for any families who have not yet registered. For those families who have registered, we look forward to communicating and sharing learning through Dojo.

Have a lovely weekend!

Miss Chalk, Mrs Hylton, Miss Hillier & Mrs Stafford 🙂
