Cooking Club–Steamed Egg Pudding

On Wednesday, members of cooking club learned about Chinese ancient way of making soy sauce. Chinese people used their intelligence to make soy sauce, which is an indispensable ingredient in Chinese cuisine. Later, members practised steaming an egg pudding with the dressing of soy sauce. Their egg pudding was smooth, soft and perfect! Steamed egg pudding is popular among Chinese people from all ages. Members enjoyed a lot!
