This week, cooking club made Dalumian, a traditional food from northern China. Dalumian (打卤面) are noodles with tomato and egg sauce, popular food among people from all ages in China. Children and their parents enjoyed the whole process from making to eating, and they get more and more interested in Chinese cooking. Our cooking club is 3:30-4:30pm every Wednesday. Parents and students from Anchorsholme Academy can join us to learn about the way of Chinese cooking and share experiences of cooking.
