On Wednesday 6th November, Year 3 visited St Andrews Church in Cleveleys to participate in a range of special Remembrance activities. On arrival, the children were taken to the memorial garden to see the Remembrance Stone which showed the names of 15 local soldiers who had lost their lives during the war. Inside church, the children experienced life in the trenches, wrote special messages for our Remembrance box, made poppies to decorate a Remembrance wreath and write words associated with Remembrance on decorative pebbles.
