This morning, Year 3 had their first session on the school’s new Mile a Day track. The children were all excited to get started and enjoyed running, jogging or walking around the track. All of the staff got involved too and the whole year group are looking forward to improving our fitness levels. Each day, the children will have a ten minute session on the track before their usual break time. We are going to complete a baseline before half term which will allow the children to set their own targets and give them goals to aim for each half term.
