Dear Reader

I trust that the information contained on this web-site will help you to learn a little more about the life and work of Anchorsholme Primary School.

As educators we believe that all children, regardless of their ability, gender, race or creed should be given every opportunity to learn, grow and develop in a safe, caring and happy environment. Our school motto, `Happy to Learn', together with our mission statement and aims, acts as a focus for all our work in school.

We aim to provide a wide range of high quality learning opportunities for all our pupils and to help them grow into independent and responsible young people. Parents are given every opportunity to share in their child's formal education; the school staff, teaching and non-teaching, are always keen to discuss any aspect of the pupils' development. In entrusting their children into our care we appreciate that parents have a great deal to contribute and we value them tremendously. We firmly believe that we can only achieve the best for our children by working closely in partnership with parents, governors and the community.

Please take time to read our school prospectus. If you would like more information about our school please email us at - This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
